Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy governs your enrollment in The Treasure in You™ programs, memberships, and digital offerings provided by Rebecas Beautiful Enterprise LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By purchasing a subscription or enrolling in one of our programs through our official sales pages, websites, or Go High Level (GHL) platform, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.


1. OVERVIEW

The Treasure in You™ offers access to select courses, content, and coaching features on a monthly or annual subscription basis (“Subscription”). Subscriptions are intended for individual personal use only and may not be transferred, resold, or shared.

By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to:

  • A recurring payment schedule (monthly or annual) at the current rate at the time of enrollment.

  • Automatic renewal of your Subscription until canceled.

  • Responsibility for all associated recurring charges until you cancel your Subscription.

Your Subscription continues until canceled by you or terminated by Rebecas Beautiful Enterprise LLC in accordance with these terms.


2. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL TERMS

When you subscribe, our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) will automatically charge your chosen payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, depending on your plan).

Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, unless canceled prior to your renewal date.

You authorize Rebecas Beautiful Enterprise LLC or its payment processor to continue billing the payment method provided until you cancel.


3. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You may cancel your Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of this policy.

To cancel, you can:

  • Log into your customer portal (accessible through your confirmation email or GHL account link) and click “Cancel Subscription.”

  • Or, [email protected] with your name and purchase details.

Once canceled, your Subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that date, access to member content, program portals, or ongoing coaching features will be discontinued unless renewed.

Important: Deleting your account, unsubscribing from emails, or leaving a coaching group does not automatically cancel your billing agreement. You must follow the steps above.


4. SUBSCRIPTION ACCESS AND USE

Subscription benefits vary based on the specific plan purchased (e.g., digital program access, live group sessions, or coaching resources).

Access to materials, digital downloads, or coaching communities is tied to your active subscription status. Once your subscription term ends or is canceled, your access to private content and member portals will be revoked unless otherwise stated in your individual program agreement.


5. FAILED PAYMENTS

If your payment method fails, your account may be suspended until payment is updated and successfully processed.

We reserve the right to disable access to all courses, coaching, or related materials if payment is not received within 7 days of the billing attempt.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information current to avoid service interruptions.


6. REFUNDS & MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Money-Back Guarantee Policy, available on our website.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions are non-refundable once billed, as instant access to digital materials and community resources is provided upon purchase.

For specific programs that include a guarantee or trial period, refund eligibility will be outlined on the checkout page or program agreement.


7. SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES AND UPGRADES

You may upgrade your subscription or add coaching support at any time through your member dashboard or by contacting support.

If you upgrade during an active billing cycle, the pro-rated difference may be charged immediately, and your renewal date may adjust accordingly.

We reserve the right to modify pricing or features at any time. You will be notified in advance of any material change that impacts your subscription rate or renewal terms.


8. TERMINATION BY COMPANY

Rebeca’s Beautiful Enterprise LLC reserves the right to terminate any subscription immediately, without refund, in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Use or Code of Conduct

  • Unauthorized distribution of proprietary materials

  • Abusive or disruptive behavior in community or coaching spaces

Upon termination, access to all subscription materials, bonuses, and content will cease immediately.


9. DATA & PRIVACY

Your personal data, including payment and contact information, is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store customer data.

We partner with secure third-party processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) for all financial transactions. Your complete payment information is never stored on our servers.
